How long does it take to process my order?

Each piece is made to order, processing takes up to 10 business days. Shipping begins once your order has been processed.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

We currently ship within Nigeria and internationally to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Interstates: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be modified.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
